This role is based in Waterloo, ON, Canada.
Compensation:
CAD 216,000-221,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Set technical direction and participate in the design and development of a next-generation UI for XR devices.
- Design, prototype, build, and launch user experiences for multiple apps.
- Incorporate emerging technologies such as spatial interactions and AI-powered interfaces.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of software development experience in Kotlin, Java, or Swift.
- 5 years of experience in iOS or Android application development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in a technical leadership role and working in complex organizations.
- Experience with mobile app development and user interface design.
