Staff Research Data Scientist, Search

This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business questions and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct analyses using statistical methods and present findings to stakeholders.
• Gather and validate data from various sources for analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field or 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with analytics, coding (Python, R, SQL), and statistical analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in analytics or 8 years with a PhD.
• Expertise in quantitative/statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
