Staff Product Data Scientist, Consumer Payments Experience

This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Help serve Google's worldwide user base by providing quantitative support and market understanding. As a data-loving member of the team, you will serve as an analytics expert, transforming data into actionable insights for leadership decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
• Develop metrics across various user interactions within payments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in management consulting, product management, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD.
• Experience with R, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
