Staff Product Data Scientist, Ads Privacy and Safety

Compensation:

$192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights focusing on advertiser, publisher, and user trust.
  • Develop quantitative frameworks to assess Ads safety, traffic quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify optimization areas in response to evolving trends in the Ads industry.
  • Build and automate reports and dashboards for insights at scale.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.)
  • 10 years of experience in analytics or 8 years with a Master's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Knowledge of financial forecasting and risk assessment for Ads.
