Compensation:
$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects and manage project priorities.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
- Lead design and implementation of solutions in specialized ML areas.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience in AI or ML product development.
- Experience with C++ and ML infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
- Experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Technical leadership experience in complex organizations.
