Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product goal and definition of music artist and fan experiences across YouTube's products.
  • Collaborate with Program Manager to execute the design process end-to-end.
  • Produce deliverables such as mocks, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
  • Drive product innovation through ideation, concept development, and user testing.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
  • Experience designing consumer-facing products.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing design systems and applying strategic thinking.
  • Experience leveraging AI in design processes.
  • Experience in the music or podcasts industry.
