$178,000-$265,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

About the job:

As a Staff Interaction Designer, you will focus on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create intuitive products that enhance advertiser trust and confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies.
  • Drive the development of design solutions to user, product, and business problems.
  • Provide direction to UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation or user research/testing.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms and working with technical/design teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.
  • Experience designing for AI-powered systems and building user trust.
