Compensation:

$178,000-$265,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies.
  • Develop innovative design solutions to address user, product, and business problems.
  • Lead a holistic design process across teams or products.
  • Create design solutions based on user insights and industry trends.
  • Guide UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation or user research/testing.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product design or UX in a B2C organization.
  • Portfolio or relevant links to your work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
  • Experience designing multimodal or conversational interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
  • Experience in high-fidelity prototyping tools.
