Staff Interaction Designer, AI, Ads Sales

This role is based in Mountain View, CA, with a competitive salary range.

Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Influence stakeholders across organizations to gain support for design strategies.
• Lead the development of innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems.
• Own a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products.
• Lead design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends.
• Guide and provide direction to UX designers in creating design concepts for user research/testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience designing and shipping AI products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in product design or UX.
• 7 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
• 6 years of experience in leading design projects.
• 5 years of experience working with executive leaders.
