About the job:

Design and user experience (UX) are at the forefront of everything we do. As a Staff Experience Designer, you will envision how users experience our products and collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the design process.

Responsibilities:

  • Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies.
  • Drive a holistic design process across teams or products.
  • Provide direction to UX designers in creating design concepts.
  • Develop innovative prototypes in collaboration with internal teams.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
  • Experience building design systems in Figma.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
