About the job:
Design and user experience (UX) are at the forefront of everything we do. As a Staff Experience Designer, you will envision how users experience our products and collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the design process.
Responsibilities:
- Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies.
- Drive a holistic design process across teams or products.
- Provide direction to UX designers in creating design concepts.
- Develop innovative prototypes in collaboration with internal teams.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience building design systems in Figma.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design or related field.
- 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
