$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

About the job:

Work on evaluation, metrics, and user insights for AI answers within Search Health. Influence product and engineering directions through strategic data-driven insights. Apply advanced statistical, Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Model (LLM) methodologies to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop advanced analysis and methodologies to identify product opportunities.
  • Initiate and drive projects to completion autonomously.
  • Frame and solve ambiguous business problems and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Interact cross-functionally and influence product stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively to influence product leadership.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, etc.)
  • 8 years of experience using analytics to solve business problems, or 6 years with a PhD.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in analytics or 8 years with a PhD.
  • Experience in scientific methodologies and LLM.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop data-driven solutions.
