Compensation:
$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Human Data Collection for LLMs and tackle complex data science challenges.
- Design and implement innovative data acquisition and quality enhancement techniques.
- Utilize AI models for evaluating and understanding complex datasets.
- Collaborate with Research, Engineering, and Product teams.
- Develop methodologies to enhance model performance through improved training data.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field.
- 8 years of experience in analytics, coding (Python, R, SQL), or 6 years with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in analytics or 8 years with a PhD.
