Compensation:
$192,000-$285,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis using tools like SQL, R, Python.
- Own project outcomes, from problem definition to presentation of findings.
- Lead and manage ambiguous problems, generating hypotheses and recommendations.
- Oversee cross-functional project timelines and define operational goals.
- Develop colleagues’ capabilities in data science.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- 10 years of experience in analytics, statistical analysis, and coding.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- 12 years of experience in analytics and coding.
