Compensation:

$192,000-$278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor junior data scientists and define high-value problem statements.
  • Consult with Engineering and Product Management on data-driven product direction.
  • Analyze opportunities for improving the Shopping Graph.
  • Design evaluations to measure the impact of Shopping Graph data on shopping experiences.
  • Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, or Engineering.
  • 10 years of experience in analytics, or 8 years with a Master's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related quantitative field.
  • 12 years of experience using analytics to solve business problems.
