Compensation:

$171,000-$254,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for mechanical components.
  • Conduct data analysis on manufacturing performance to identify trends and lead process improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of mechanical and automation solutions.
  • Perform business case evaluations for new manufacturing technologies and equipment investments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction.
  • 5 years of experience in mechanical process engineering and manufacturing automation.
  • 5 years of experience with CAD software, FEA tools, and PLC programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Experience in mechanical design and commissioning of data center mechanical equipment.
  • Knowledge of robotics and industrial automation.
