This role is based in Seattle, WA, USA; Kirkland, WA, USA; New York, NY, USA; Sunnyvale, CA, USA.

Compensation:

$192,000-$278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full Machine Learning (ML) lifecycle from data extraction to model deployment for marketing capabilities.
  • Design scalable data science applications using Google’s LLM models.
  • Define coding standards and mentor other data scientists.
  • Partner with engineering teams to integrate model outputs into marketing systems.
  • Translate data science outputs into actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of experience in analytics, coding (Python, R, SQL), and deploying ML models.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 9 years of experience in analytics and ML operations.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS business cycles and marketing technology stacks.
