Compensation:
$207,000 - $301,000/year + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Architect and scale infrastructure for AI/ML applications.
- Define technical roadmap and optimize distributed systems.
- Build experiment and learning infrastructure for model training.
- Mentor engineers and align infrastructure with business goals.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8 years of software development experience.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure and ML platforms.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
- Experience in technical leadership and complex organizations.
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
