Sourcer, Cloud Horizontals

This role is based in Austin, TX and Ann Arbor, MI, with additional locations available.

Compensation:

$107,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Act as a search expert within Cloud by understanding hiring needs and search requirements.
• Engage potential candidates and evaluate their fit for open roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate an effective sourcing strategy.

Minimum qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in sourcing or related fields.
• 1 year of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in cloud software engineering across North America.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
