Solution Architect Manager, Public Sector, Google Cloud

This role is based in Toronto or Ottawa, Canada.

Compensation:

CAD 194,000-199,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team focusing on culture, talent strategy, and skills development for successful cloud transformations.
• Foster customer partnerships and provide thought leadership on cloud solutions.
• Define technical go-to-market strategies and delivery plans.
• Balance technical leadership with operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical roadblocks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in cloud native architecture.
• Experience with cloud development, virtualization, or containerization.
• Leadership experience in technical roles.
• Experience with public sector clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with software lifecycles and scalable systems.
• Technical management experience in professional services.
• Ability to engage with technical stakeholders.
