Compensation:
CAD 194,000-199,000/year plus bonus and equity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Technical Sales Specialists, focusing on team culture, talent strategy, and skills development.
- Foster customer partnerships and provide thought leadership related to cloud solutions.
- Partner with sales to define technical go-to-market strategies and delivery plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical roadblocks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in leadership and cloud computing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with software lifecycles and scalable systems.
- Experience as a pre-sales manager or technical customer-facing people manager.
