Software Engineering Manager, Solid State Drive Storage

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$207,000 - $301,000/year + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage project goals and contribute to product strategy.
• Guide a team of software engineers in an evolving environment.
• Oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience with firmware, operating systems, and storage systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
