Compensation:
$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and grow an engineering team, including hiring and performance reviews.
- Lead initiatives for rapid product innovation in search.
- Drive execution against the roadmap, managing project risks and resources.
- Serve as the technical partner to Product Managers and UX teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 years in software development, 3 years in product launch.
- 3 years in a technical leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science.
- Experience with cross-functional organizations and user-generated content systems.
