Software Engineering Manager, Search AI Security Platforms

Location: Cambridge, MA, USA

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of engineers and oversee large-scale projects.
• Develop privacy-focused software infrastructure for user data compliance.
• Engage with technical leads to identify privacy risks and improve product strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project acceleration.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8 years of experience in C++ programming.
• 5 years in a management role.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
• 3 years in software for data privacy or security.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science.
• Experience in security governance and privacy data handling.
