Software Engineering Manager, SDN Control, Data Center Networks

Compensation:
$207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software engineers responsible for developing the SDN framework, applications, and tools.
- Collaborate across Networking Infrastructure and Cloud with product managers and other software engineering managers.
- Define long-term strategy for the team and execute improvements to SDN Infrastructure.
- Drive all aspects of development including requirements definition, design, implementation, unit testing, and integration.
- Mentor engineers focusing on alignment of career goals to project priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in distributed, microservices-based software development.
