Software Engineering Manager, RCS for Business Messaging

This role is based in Kraków, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals.
• Develop the long-term technical direction and roadmap.
• Oversee system designs and review product or system development code.
• Provide feedback on code developed by other engineers.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in scaling a system from pilot to mature product.
