Software Engineering Manager, Privacy, Safety and Security

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage project goals and contribute to product strategy.
• Guide and review code developed by engineers.
• Set team priorities and establish clear expectations.
• Develop technical goals and roadmaps across multiple teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of programming experience in C++, Java, or Go.
• 3 years of experience in technical leadership and software for data privacy or security.
• 2 years of experience in people management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
