$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Establish technology and product vision in collaboration with peers.

  • Ensure quality and reliability in execution across teams.
  • Perform analyses to improve team performance.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 8 years of experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies.
  • 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years in a people management or team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality software products.
