Software Engineering Manager, Next Generation, Data Warehouse, Napa

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of local engineers as part of Napa's expansion.
• Provide technical leadership on projects and manage project priorities.
• Develop large-scale distributed systems and guide integrations.
• Review designs and code of other engineers for quality.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years in a people management role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
• Ability to lead teams in launching multi-year projects.
