Software Engineering Manager, Model the Planet, 3D Basemodel, Geo

This role is based in Mountain View, CA, USA.

Compensation:

$262000 - $365000/year + 25% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Set and communicate team priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop long-term technical goals and roadmaps.
• Oversee system designs and review product development code.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 7 years of experience with full stack development.
• 5 years in a technical leadership role.
• 5 years in a people management role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
• 5 years in a complex, matrixed organization.
