Software Engineering Manager, Merchant Shopping, Agency Growth

This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage project goals and contribute to product strategy.
• Lead the development of scalable backend and frontend infrastructure.
• Establish a culture of engineering excellence within the team.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver large projects.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years in a people management role.
• Experience with generative AI tools.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in complex organizations and full-stack product development.
