This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor software engineers and Technical Lead Managers.
  • Drive complex technical projects from concept through execution.
  • Define project goals and track progress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project execution with company goals.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years of experience in a people management role.
  • Experience in C/C++ and scripting languages (e.g. Shell).
  • Experience with Linux.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in software/hardware integration and diagnostics.
  • Experience in large-scale fleet management of servers.
  • Familiarity with developer operations and open source development.
