Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Software/Systems Engineers on projects for users and be responsible for uptime.
- Defend the Service Level Objective (SLO) and support a postmortem culture.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and ML to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with partner teams to deliver business impact and define the functional scope for the team.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8 years of software development experience.
- 3 years of experience managing teams.
- 3 years of experience leading projects.
- 3 years of experience with distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems or microservices architectures.
- Excellent communication skills.
