Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of client software engineers to launch new client experiences surfacing the latest genAI capabilities.
  • Work on client infrastructure/platform efforts to help scale in Shorts and across Emerging Experiences and Community (EMCO).
  • Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to shape the user experience.
  • Set the cultural tone for the team around teamwork and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience with iOS or Android mobile development.
  • 5 years of experience building end-to-end applications.
  • 2 years of experience managing a team of software engineers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience building video creation tools on mobile.
  • Experience leading a team in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
