Software Engineering Manager II, Infrastructure, Google Cloud Platforms

This role is based in Kirkland, WA.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Set and communicate team priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop mid-term technical vision and roadmap for multiple teams.
• Review code and provide feedback to ensure best practices.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development experience in languages like Python, C++, Java.
• 3 years in technical leadership and people management roles.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
