Compensation:
$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for leveraging Gemini and AI Agents.
- Ensure model performance translates to tangible improvements in product quality.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, or related machine learning fields.
- Experience with model development and deploying AI/ML systems into production.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
