Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Set and communicate team priorities aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop technical vision and roadmap for multiple teams.
  • Lead design of GenAI solutions and optimize ML infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of software development experience in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript.
  • 5 years leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure.
  • 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years with GenAI techniques or related concepts.
  • 2 years in a people management role.
