Compensation:
$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage project goals and contribute to product strategy.
- Guide engineers across multiple teams and locations.
- Develop technical roadmaps and oversee large-scale project deployments.
- Review and provide feedback on code developed by engineers.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience with Linux and Windows administration.
- 3 years of experience in technical leadership.
- 2 years of people management experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in a matrixed organization.
