Responsibilities:
- Set and communicate team priorities that support the organization's goals.
- Design and guide systems designs, and write product or system development code.
- Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback.
- Define and influence technical direction and strategy.
- Work on career management and ensure smooth team processes.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience in designing, maintaining, and improving engineering systems.
- Experience in building Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.
