This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and lead a brand new team of engineers, establish a center of excellence for cloud networking technology.
  • Develop and execute the long-term technical goal and roadmap for hybrid Cloud networking products.
  • Mentor and grow a team of talented engineers.
  • Guide the design and architecture of complex, large-scale distributed systems.
  • Align strategy across multiple teams to deliver time-sensitive programs.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development (C++, Go, Java, or Python).
  • 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years in a people management role.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10 years of experience with software engineering, including 5 years in technical leadership.
  • Experience with scalable build/test/release infrastructure.
  • Experience with networking and distributed systems products.
