Software Engineering Manager, Google Cloud, Transact

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA or Kirkland, WA.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage project goals and contribute to product strategy.
• Guide technical vision and oversee code optimization.
• Align team priorities with organizational goals.
• Conduct regular performance discussions and provide coaching.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years in software development.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years in people management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in fullstack development.
