Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transition to an automated demand generation platform.
  • Align capacity with product roadmaps in collaboration with product managers and engineering executives.
  • Manage big data pipelines and statistical modeling systems for infrastructure investment decisions.
  • Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
  • Ensure seamless integration of software requirements with physical hardware deployments.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years in a people management role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
