Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategy for Kubernetes Config Connector (KCC).
  • Improve core reliability and address customer escalations.
  • Drive innovation in AI-powered code generation and automated processes.
  • Manage a team of engineers and cultivate a high-performance environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years in distributed cloud computing, including containerization.
  • 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years in a people management role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with Kubernetes-native Infrastructure as Code solutions.
  • Experience leading AI-driven development initiatives.
