Compensation:
$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the strategy for Kubernetes Config Connector (KCC).
- Improve core reliability and address customer escalations.
- Drive innovation in AI-powered code generation and automated processes.
- Manage a team of engineers and cultivate a high-performance environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years in distributed cloud computing, including containerization.
- 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years in a people management role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with Kubernetes-native Infrastructure as Code solutions.
- Experience leading AI-driven development initiatives.
