Software Engineering Manager, Geo Software Acceleration Team

This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India or Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the team's technical strategy for enhancing developer velocity, including the development and maintenance of critical test infrastructure and automation frameworks.
• Advocate the innovation to drive integration and development of AI-powered tools to solve complex problems and transform the developer experience.
• Provide technical experience throughout the product life-cycle including design, implementation and delivery of scalable build/test/release infrastructure.
• Create the next generation developer tooling and infrastructure, focusing on productivity, testing and release.
• Recruit and manage the careers and professional growth of engineers and leads on your teams.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in software engineering management, leading teams focused on developer productivity, test infrastructure, or complex automation platforms.
• Experience in applying AI and machine learning to solve software development challenges.
• Experience in software development, with an understanding of CI/CD and software quality assurance principles.
• Ability to align team goals with broader organizational objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
