About the job:
As a Software Engineering Manager, you will provide technical leadership, manage project goals, and contribute to product strategy while overseeing a team of engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Guide architectural goals and drive delivery of scalable, reliable features.
- Oversee integration of core technologies and ensure sound architectural choices.
- Collaborate with Product Management and UX to define product roadmaps.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, providing mentorship and career development.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience with full stack development.
- 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years in a people management role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with site reliability engineering and API design.
- Experience leading teams in a matrixed organization.
