Software Engineering Manager, Enterprise Platforms Engineering

This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Responsibilities:

• Identify engineering requirements, manage technical debt, and enhance product quality.
• Coach and mentor engineers in their career development.
• Understand the ML foundation's technical architecture to drive customer success.
• Contribute to the growth of foundational ML capabilities for sales and support enterprise businesses.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in AI/ML and leading teams to solve ML-related problems.
• Ability to inspire teams towards successful business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
