Software Engineering Manager, Encrypted Zone

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

About the job:

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will provide technical leadership and manage a team of engineers, optimizing code and project goals. You will collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to deliver scalable private computing platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Define roadmaps and drive delivery of scalable private computing platforms.
• Manage trade-offs using AI tools to ensure platform health.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Set team priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain relationships with distributed teams to solve complex problems.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience programming in Java, Rust, or C++.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with compute infrastructure, Kubernetes/container software, and Trusted Execution Environments.
