Software Engineering Manager, Developer Transformations

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage project goals and contribute to product strategy.
• Guide engineers across multiple teams and locations.
• Set team priorities and align strategies with organizational goals.
• Review code and provide feedback to ensure best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years in a people management role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with developing coding agents.
