About the job:

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will provide technical leadership, manage project goals, and develop your team. You will oversee engineers across multiple teams and locations, guiding large-scale projects internationally.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and communicate team priorities aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop technical goals and roadmaps for the team.
  • Lead teams of Mobile/iOS, Front-End, and Full Stack Engineers.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in front-end development with Java or Kotlin, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • 3 years of experience in a people management role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a complex organization.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle.
