Software Engineering Manager, BigQuery, Agentic AI

This role is based in New York, NY.

Compensation:

$207,000-$307,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop next-generation agentic solutions and data developer experiences.
• Develop and maintain the technical roadmap of the team’s charter.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Scientists, Applied Scientists, and UX Designers.
• Enhance agentic frameworks for accuracy and reliability at petabyte scale.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with Generative AI and Agentic Technologies.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
• 1 year of experience building developer tools.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in building developer-facing products for IDEs or Command Line.
• Experience with Large Language Models for code and modern cloud infrastructure.
