Software Engineering Manager, Android Automotive AI/ML

This role is based in Kraków, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals.
• Develop the mid-term technical direction and roadmap within the scope of the teams.
• Design, guide and vet systems designs, and write product or system development code.
• Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience with object-oriented development, focusing on embedded systems or Android platform engineering.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in the automotive industry and leading Machine Learning related products.
